Description: The course will expose students to the nature of an Expository Essay, which is an essay which seeks to explain or illuminate an idea or subject matter. Appropriate subjects will be presented. Students will write in class. Teacher will be available for comment or to answer questions. Essays will be submitted for comment. Form required by high schools (Introduction, Thesis, Evidence and Conclusion) will be presented but not demanded. Text books or other materials will not be used. Teacher’s experience is that students will improve significantly over the duration of the course
