Description:	成人中国舞蹈课 This class is designed for adults who has interest in dancing. This Chinese Dance lesson will incorporate a variety of elements from Traditional Chinese Dance, Modern contemporary dance and K-pop. It will start from the basic dancing movements, body gestures, postures and steps to dance routines with music. The purpose of this course is to adjust body shapes, beautify images and strengthen physical fitness through our dance exercises. 本课面向对舞蹈有兴趣的成人。课程融合传统中国舞蹈，现代舞， K-pop等元素，会从舞蹈基本功和体态，手势步伐开始，到之后学习一些受学员喜欢的舞蹈。我们将于通过舞蹈练习来强身健体，美化体态。
