The 1st Day of Spring Semester of 2012

Southern Connecticut Chinese School will open for its spring semester of 2012 on January 29th, just one week after Chinese New Year. Both language and enrich program are resumed on the same day. We lookforward to seeing you all and wish our students having another wonderful year. For the spring semester, we will not have any changes. The student grouping, time slot, and room number remain the same as last semester. Please advise your kids to have their teachers name and classroom number from last semester! For the enrich program, we anticipate to have a traffic jam on the first day. In preparing for that, we are asking you to get online and check availability of other enrich program before the first day if you want to adjust (drop or add), and then e-mail us to let our team to adjust your kids into different enrich program, so that you know which room your kids should go on the first day. This adjustment depends upon slot availability in the enrich program. We also look for volunteers for helping enrollment on the first day: receiving check/cash; safety patrol control; textbook sale, and other things. Please just show up in the school office if you want to be a helper for the first day.
