各位南康中文学校的会员：本星期天中文学校照常上课。星期天小店开放，K及一年级的同学将由老师带队在上课时间到小店采购，其他年级的同学课后自行到小店采购，低年级的同学最好家长陪同。
经我提名、理事会批准，任命齐洪英博士为办公室主任，希望大家配合齐洪英的工作。原办公室主任赵立平因为工作繁忙、江莺因为搬家，而不能继续在学校服务，赵立平先生长期以来一直参与和关心学校的健康发展，从２００７年开始先后担任理事、理事长，并在两年前在学校最需要的时候加入行政团队，为中文学校的发展做出了很大的贡献；江莺博士两年前加入行政团队，除了办公室日常工作外，还负责春节晚会的统筹工作、值班的安排，为学校做了大量细致的工作。我代表学校向他们两位表示由衷的感谢。
学校的健康发展需要更多的热心家长参与义工、任教和管理，有兴趣的家长请和我联系。
南康大学将举办Career Fair，非常需要中文学校的家长能够代表自己所在的公司参与，如果你有兴趣，请直接和我联系。

Dear SCCS members,
The Chinese Schools has regular class this coming Sunday. The school store will open. For students in K and grade 1, their teachers will lead them to the store in the pre-assigned time slots. For other students, we suggest that parents go with your child, especially for younger students.
The school board approved Dr. Hongying Qi as the office manager. Mr. Liping Zhao and Dr. Ying Jiang, both office mangers, have to leave the administration team, due to busy schedule and family relocation, respectively. Mr. Zhao has been with SCCS since 2007. He was a Board Director (2007-2009), Board Chair (2009-2011). Two years ago, he joined the administration team when we needed help. Dr. Ying Jiang joined our administration team in September 2016. In addition to her regular work in the office, she also was the organizer for Chinese New Year Gala. She also manages parent safety patrol. We really appreciate the contributions from both of them. Hope they will be successful in their future journeys.
To build a part-time school needs more people to involve. The school needs more parents to join us as volunteers, teachers, administrators, or Board directors. Please contact me if you can spare your time.
Our host university, SCSU, will have a career fair for their students. If you can help (to represent your company), please contact me.
