下面是本学年最后几周的安排及其他事项：１.５月２０日为本学年的最后一天。
２.学校会员大会将于５月２０日召开，具体安排请留意理事会通知。
３.５月１３日举行毕业典礼，学校邀请到州参议员Tony Hwang作为嘉宾演讲人。
４.本周日参加YCT和HSK考试的同学请提早到学校考试，具体通知见教务长沈建华老师的邮件。
５.学校将出版校刊，详情请参考两周前的通知。
６.PTA初步定于６月１７日举办一年一度的picnic活动，请预留时间。
７.学校关于值班押金的退还办法，会有一个具体的操作程序，目前没有完成值班安排的，请联系办公室。
８.学校已经将２００８年以来的联邦税表放在网上，会员可以在login以后查看。

The following are some scheduled activities for last several weeks of this school year.
1. The last day of the school year will be May 20.
2. The annual general member meeting will be on May 20. Please pay attention to the announcement from the Board.
3. The graduation ceremony will be held on May 13. Senator Tony Hwang will be the keynote speaker.
4. The students who will take YCT, HSK tests this Sunday, please check your e-mail for the room and time.
5. The school newsletter is calling for submission.
6. The annual picnic will be held on June 17. Please mark your calendar.
7. We will communicate the refund method for safety patrol deposit.
8. All tax return 990 forms from 2008 are in school website. You can login to check.
