[SCCS]11/10/2018: Parking lot might not open this Sunday, seminar on cancer prevention and treatment

各位南康中文学校的家长：本周日（11月11日），靠近Engleman Hall主进口的停车场可能不开放，学校正在油漆车位分隔线，如果在中文学校上课之前油漆还没干的话，停车场的进口将有东西拦住，如果是这样的情况，请用Fitch street garage（主停车场再往Hamden方向开大约100米左右的室内停车场）。请大家留下足够的时间走到教室，不要因为停车场变化而迟到。
本周日下午2：00-3：00，学校请到程怀东医生做关于“肿瘤的发生与防治、以及治疗前沿技术”，地点为A120.程怀东医生的简介请参考学校发的广告。
11日和18日两天为学校认字比赛的班级初赛（3-7年级），请大家留意各个老师的安排。

Dear SCCS members,
SCSU is painting the lines in the parking lot next to the A-wing entrance of Engleman Hall. It might not be done by the time when SCCS opens this Sunday. In that case, there will be cones to block the entrance of the parking lot. You can park your car in the Fitch Street Garage (about 300 feet toward Hamden direction from parking lot near Engleman Hall). Please allow sufficient time for you to walk to the classrooms.
There will be a seminar regarding the prevention, treatment of tumor. It will be conducted in Chinese (no translation) by Dr. Huaidong Cheng. You can refer to the separated flyer about the speaker. Time: 2:00-3:00pm, Venue: A120
There will be first round for the Chinese spelling bee competition (within each classroom) this Sunday and next Sunday (3rd-7th grades, heritage class). Please pay attention to the communication from your teacher.
