Description: In the Video-Making Club, your child will gain the rudimentary skills needed to create their own movie or short video. By the end of the program, they will be comfortable with the basic functions of iMovie, and will have the ability to confidently use the program for anything they desire. During the course, students will have the chance to start their own newscast, skit, trailer, or campaign. This program is best-suited to students ages 9 and up. You don't need to have any video-making experience to join— everybody is welcome! Students will need to have access to an Apple device, such as an iPhone, iPad, Macbook, or Apple desktop. Prior to participating, they will need to download "iMovie," a free video-editing program that is only compatible with iOS and Mac software.
