Description: For grades 5-6th. Throughout this course, we will go through many problem-solving skills geared towards math contests, specifically Mathcounts and the Mathematical Olympiads for Elementary and Middle Schools (MOEMS). Additionally, we will cover many topics in algebra, solving equations, number theory, and basic geometry concepts. While this course focuses around the 6th-grade level, no past contest experience is required, and all are welcome to join. A notebook or scratch paper is recommended to take notes and for scratch work.
